My only issue with PetEdge at this…
My only issue with PetEdge at this point is their website is terrible. Extremely difficult to navigate through and find the product you're looking for. So much so I usually don't even order from them just because of the website

Most Recent Order
Since I’m asked to review my most recent order, I gave it a mediocre review because the website said ship date 3/7 when I placed my order. The order didn’t ship until 3/9, putting me in a bind. Customer service ( Esperanza) wasn’t helpful; she confirmed she was doing what she is trained to do, so clearly there needs to be some better training, updating of the website, and better communication so customers aren’t promised one thing, and provided something completely different. I’ve been a PetEdge customer for years, and my orders have always shipped out on time.

Everything was great until I was informed that one of the items I ordered was on back order. It would have been fine to wait for the item but because this one item out of my substantial order did not meet your minimum the order was cancelled.

Back off Pet Edge!
Ordering process was easy but a few things out of stock. Worst part, and reason for three stars is the constant barrage of post-purchase emails.
