Since the Massachusetts location has been closed the service has one down hill. I will not be ordering from you anymore.

For a first time customer I am disappointed in the service. What was supposed to be a little delay ended up being almost 2 months. The only communication received was when I sent emails asking about my purchase. As a business myself I communicate with my clients, and expect the same in return from other company's. When I finally received the clippers I ordered I am highly disappointed in the quality of them. I ran them for less then 30 minutes and had to turn them off from over heating. I thought of returning them, but opted out due to all of the issues stated above. They will stay in my old clipper drawer for parts.

Woman who took my order did NOT include $500.00 worth of products that I gave her item numbers and quantities. I received part of my order with an invoice for $700.00 plus dollars purchased. I waited for a few days and called about the rest of my order and was informed it was not on my order. Thus it was NOT ordered. Very bad for your company. I ordered a scissors kit and paid an extra $12.00 for expedited (2 day) shipping. I received my order 7 days after I placed the order. Not sure how I get reimbursed for the extra shipping charge.

My order was in accurate and incomplete and I am still waiting for the most important part of it which is the shampoo that should’ve been here on the original date very disappointed with the new system

Took over a week to ship out 2 items on an order over $400, and if it had not been for contacting customer service it would of taken longer. Will not be using them again.

Petedge used to be my go to. Well things have gone downhill in the last two or three years. I place orders online and after the fact I find out they don’t have the products I ordered or they are discontinued. Also I am in New York State and I used to get my orders in about three business days. Now I’m lucky to get my order in 10 days . Currently I am waiting on several gallons of ear wash that were not in stock . It’s a pet edge product .I think it’s been about a month since I ordered😡 I guess I’ll have to find another supplier soon.
