Delivery was quick. There was a slight problem with one door on the kennel. I called the company and we resolved it. They are friendly and professional. Also, my kitty likes her kennel.😻

Bought a stand dryer and one of the wheels broke after a few weeks. Contacted Petedge for a replacement wheel. Instead of replacing the wheel, they sent me a replacement stand dryer and didn’t even want the old one back. Now THAT is amazing customer service!

My New dryer came very quickly, and after reviewing it, and noting it was missing two of the four screws, I was informed that they are on their way to my home. I didn't even ask for them, just said they were missing from the shipment. What great customer service. The dryer works great, has lots of power, and is more quiet than the one I am replacing. I am a breeder and groomer, so I do depend on my equipment! Very pleased with Pet Edge!

the pkg was all messed up when arriving there was more product in the box than in the bottles. Not sure what happened but a new order was sent to replace. A job well done
