Sales person was helpful and friendly. The order came in two separate shipments and some things are still on backorder. Not a problem. However, I ordered 8 inch sissors, the order form says 8 inch and I received 71/2 inch sissors.

Ordering disinfectant and shampoo from PetEdge is great. However, last year I ordered the wrong size bowls and emailed petedge to try and return them. No one ever messaged me back after multiple emails and calls to PetEdge promising someone would call me back.

The prices were good, the shipping time was awesome, but the website checkout portion was a nightmare. It would let me use PayPal or transition to the next screen when checking out. I finally gave up and just used a card. Upon entering a card it automatically went through even before I hit submit. The site also would not let me change the address, whereupon the payment screen, I noticed I had hit the wrong number, so my payment address and shipping address did not match. If it was not for the website malfunction I would have rated it five stars.
