I have used this company for my business for several years along with other wholesalers. I will not be using them again. It seems so often that I will place my order only to be told that they’re out of stock on many things. The last time they canceled one of the things I ordered because it was on back order and it wouldn’t meet the shipping price by the time they got it back in. I don’t understand how that’s my issue but had to place another order with another company to get what I needed and will continue with them instead.

I like the And is Clippers

We received a large shipment. Grooming supplies of all kinds. A table (which is excellent!), shears, shampoo, etc. along with a very expensive pair of andis cordless clippers. I believe they’re called Pulse ZR 2? I used them for one grooming session for my poodle to shave off her long coat from winter. The clippers were working great and were actually really impressive. I was thrilled! Then they ran out of battery after a couples hours of use. Which is more than reasonable. But they have been on the charger for 4-5 days now and have not regained charge and the red light on the dock never leaves. I’m really disappointed this is happening only after one use with clippers that were so expensive and seemed so promising.

I still haven’t received my whole order and it’s been about 2 or 3 weeks. Everything came in on separate days and weeks and still waiting on more to show up.

The shipment was sent and arrived in a timely manner, HOWEVER, they were not packaged well for shipment. I received them in a padded envelope that was not big enough so the scissors had broken through. Luckily someone along the way used massive amounts of tape to stick it back together.

I ordered the product on line, and it was shipped promptly. However, the shipping company used, YRC, is difficult to deal with. There is no way I can contact a live person at YRC unless I wait on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes. The tracking info is not helpful; as of today, 3/19/21, YRC shows a delivery date of 3/15/21. They must be the first shipping company capable of time travel... I still have not received the pet bath, and do not have a clue as to when it will be delivered. C’mon, PetEdge, you can do better.

Since the take over, the product in stock quantities have made me ship else where for general item. I check another distributer first for my daily items. And have put PetEdge on the back burner since so many items are never in stick.

I purchased the purple bathing station and some extras. I can not review the product because I have not received it. Delivery was supposed to be 3/1 but it did not arrive, I called the shipping company who said PetEdge gave the arrival date for the shipping company not to my location. YRC shipping was back logged and my bathing station should be delivered 3/8 by 5 pm. It did not arrive and still has not. I have called YRC but they have not responded. So currently my review is poor customer service.
