Hi there, we see the email that was sent to us and back to you. Customer: We are having issues with the clipper turning on & off its only about 6 months old. (that's all that was sent to us) PetEdge reply: Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience but after the initial 30 days any warranty issues would go through the vendor directly. We didn't know which clipper was not working and also weren't provided an order number to assist you with connecting to Joyzee which we now see in your review. We will have one of our customer service specialists contact you today and provide you with more information to reach the manufacturer.
