The person that took my order was very nice. Also repeated my order at the end to make sure everything was clear and told me one item was back ordered but I wouldn’t be charged shipping

Ordering was simple, fast and easy. However, I was completely devastated to have to pay $76 for shipping for an item from a third party entity. The item shipped only cost a little more than the shipping price!
