I have been trying to reach your support system and I get no response! Your 800# isn't working either! Updated review 6/1/2023 They got back to me their offices were closed for the Holiday Saturday through Monday. Thank you for helping me.

Hi there! Our offices and warehouses are closed on Saturday and Sunday and then were closed on Monday Memorial Day as well. Our 800-738-3343 did reflect that we were closed on the weekends, and Monday Memorial Day. I do see you sent an email, and our support team was able to resolve any issues you were having. We will have one of our customer service specialists reach out to you to ensure a full resolution. Thank you for choosing PetEdge for your grooming needs we do appreciate your business!
