Prices were lower than most other sites but,orders took a long time to process and delivery was slow.

I placed an order on 9/9/22. Orders generally ship out within a day or two, however, it's one week later and my order is still "Pending". Their excuse is that the holiday weekend slowed down shipping. What a crock of crap. Holidays are not 'unexpected' and they could have planned for a holiday Monday with no UPS service. Idiota.

Well I'm waiting and have been waiting for a return label

Need to inform shipping status in real time. Still haven't received the dryer I ordered not do I know when it's coming. Efficiency needed.

I am not happy with ordering from PetEdge. Registering for an account was frustrating. There was trouble with it accepting my address. I have never had that be an issue before and I am computer and online shopping savvy. Then there was an item I wanted which was out of stock. That is perfectly ok. There was a space to request to be notified when it came back in stock. However, purchasing that item alone would not qualify me for free shipping. And these days who buys anything that doesn't have free shipping. In total my order qualified for free shipping. But when this item comes in even though I had it in my shopping cart with this larger purchase it would not be considered part of that purchase and therefore I would get charged shipping, which is almost as expensive if not more than the item itself. Then several days after my order was processed I got an email informing me that another one of the items in my shopping cart was out of stock and they didn't know when it would be back in stock so they were taking it off of my order. I do not like buying my grooming supplies piecemeal. I'm a professional groomer and because of accounting reasons I like to buy everything I can as much as I can at once with as few invoices to have to record and keep track of his possible. I have purchased the two items that were out of stock on PetEdge elsewhere, I most likely will purchase future items with another distributor.

helpful customer service reps will search for hard-to-find items

It's been about a week since I ordered supplies and the tracking shows that they are still waiting on items before even shipping it out. I paid $11 for shipping between 3-5 business days so now I know I'll probably never do pay for that again

I was sent the wrong item. I ordered the Andis #10 ceramic edge but was sent the original which I do not need. I sent in a return request but no one got back to me. Otherwise all the other items were what I wanted and work great.
