Love the groomer box. Was more substantial than I thought it might be. It wasn't packaged super safe and there was some tears in the box that could have damaged it but just a scratch is all. My reason for 4 stars is that I bought it through paypal on their site and when I went back to check the status it was still in my cart but for $13 less. Not a huge deal but it bugged me a little. Otherwise it came fast and is a nice product. UPDATE: They gave me a refund on the difference. That was a nice surprise. Thanks for hearing me Pet Edge. My daughter loves that groomers tool box. Makes her feel like a boss!

The one reason they got a 4 star and Nathan a 5 because I couldn't access my account through the internet they told me they were having problems on there end. I was able to call in the order and get it filled this way with no hiccups. The call center people were kind and helpful and my order was delivered in a timely manner.
