When I placed my order on 8/23/2021, one of my items was backordered, and it said that it would ship on 9/9/2021, which was fine. But then, four days later on 8/27/2021, I received a separate email that the item that was backordered would not be processed because it didn't meet their minimum of $20. Very disappointed!

I ordered a third story to my dog apartment and waited almost months to get it and they sent the wrong one. I called and they were very polite and have now ordered the correct one however the wait time for this one is almost three months. I have returned the wrong one via UPS for a full refund and shipping charge.

Several weeks later and have yet to receive the rest of my order.

I have a very difficult time navigating your website. Every time I try I have problems. This order took me 5 tries to buy the items in my cart. I'm done with pet edge. Also, you send me three of the same catalogs. I need this to stop.

I only received part of my order and have no notifications why two of the products said to be delivered 7/28 still aren't here yet!!

I ordered kennel leashes and several clipper blades. In the box were the leads and 1 blade with a notice of back order for the rest. The delivery date for the back ordered items has come and gone with not update from Petedge. As a professional groomer I need equipment in a timely manner and if it can’t be delivered I need to order from someone else.

As always, I needed equipment and supplies and half of what I needed was out of stock. I had to settle on clippers, not the ones I wanted, because...duh, out of stock. My order came in 3 separate loads days apart, some of it more than a week after the other items. Now I am stuck with clippers that are so loud that they scare the dogs. Every since the restructure of years back, PetEdge has been a colossal disappointment. Higher prices, lower quality, awful shipping.
