Much different than last few years! Customer service is wonderful!, appreciate the emails for % off orders and company specials!! With the steep increase in the cost of shampoo, we try to look for deals whenever we can! Appreciate free shipping over $100 also, Thanks , John & Staff, Tails-R-Wag’n
