The website said free shipping on $99. So I made sure my order was $99. I ordered over $99 and none of the free shipping codes worked. I was desperate for the items so I just payed it. I payed for 3 day shipping as well and I did not receive my order in 3 days either.

I purchased an item on back order, after 6 weeks of being delayed after the initial back date, it was to far in the past so the purchase would not appear in my accounts history and took me emailing about the Order for me to receive an update on my order

I received my scissors. They're fine. The $100+ bundle of blades I ordered at the same time, however, are still not here. They were supposed to be back in stock October 8th. I have not received an email from Petedge about the uber-lateness, and it sort of makes me mad. It's pretty rude.

I ordered the ProSelect 6 unit cage banks in sandstone color to match my original set of cage banks. The large cages have a yellowish color while my original cages and the smaller cages shipped with them have a grey color, it's very noticeable they don't match. I was told by support this is the vendors new color. So my cages will forever be mismatched. Buyer beware!

I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and I had trouble ordering and did an on line chat for help. It didn’t help and I ended up receiving two of the same order which totaled over $800.00 I had to pay shipping to return the duplicate order. That is not what I consider good customer service.
