Hi there, we've reviewed your order entirely, and all 3 orders you've placed with us the two past orders and the current order were delivered to the exact same address as the past two orders that you've received. Each order you've placed has the tracking number with photo that all matches. We also pulled up your phone number and couldn't see any calls from you going all the way back to 06/01. Hi there, we've reviewed your account entirely and have left you a message to discuss your order. The items that you've order have been out of stock for months as we've had a manufacturer issue with this product that we are resolving. We do however have a substitute that are the same exact ingredients, and the product is in stock. Please call our customer service and ask for Sandy or Chelsea and we can both help you. 800-738-3343 we are open 8am-6pm CST M-F. We also did review our calls and tried to find any call ins to see why you were unable to get through and the number we had on file didn't pull up any calls coming in as our system pulls a phone number from ring 1 so even if a call is lost it will pull the phone number.
