We just don’t understand when making a purchase it can take 1-3 days to receive a shipping copy and another 3-4 days for the shipment to arrive. Other vendors when purchasing the shipping copy is made available within hours and can ship same day depending when the order is placed and arrives within 1-3 days.

As a small business, we don't have the large fulfillment teams that bigger companies do, but we take great pride in getting every order out as quickly as possible. We carefully pick and pack orders Monday through Friday, typically within 24–48 hours. Once your package is with FedEx, shipping generally takes an additional 3–5 business days. For your convenience, an invoice is automatically emailed to you as soon as your order is loaded onto the delivery truck, so you'll receive confirmation that your shipment is on its way.
