I was mislead by the website on my order and my issue was not resolved when speaking to customer service. I was not willing to return the product as I didn't want to pay for shipping again. I will think twice before ordering from PetEdge again.

Our marketing is trying to display the variance in colors that you could receive hence showing the four ducks. It does say in the descriptions price is for 1 toy. Assorted colors and also in the more information/description it also says: Assorted colors. Sorry, we cannot accommodate specific color request. The adv said free shipping. I tried to click to learn more but couldn't. I was 200$ short of the 2400$ for free shipping & now my order is 500$ more than it was after paying for said shipping. Everytime I type in the search bar for the bio groom pink jasmine perfume, by the gallon, it always pulls up the shampoo and 3rd time ive ordered the shampoo instead of the perfume, its so frustrating, I know I should read descriptions, but shampoo was never in my text

Ordering from Canada was not a great experience as CBSA intercepted the products (pet shampoos) and created delay and extra expense to release. PetEdge may not have had control over that. However, they do have control over products with expiry dates. One is expired already (06/2026) and the other expires in 12/2026 - which will likely not be used in time (medicated shampoo). Disappointing to say the least.
