We have been ordering MGT brushes for a number of years. The purple slicker brush has 1 side with straight pin and 1 side with curved pin. The blue one had curved pins on 2 sides (preferred) and it has been changed to 1 side with straight pin and 1 side with curved pin since the last order. We have been in contact with the manufacturer in China and they indicate that the brushes, as they were before, are still available. We have now received brushes that we are not completely satisfied with,

I received my items, on time. However, the box had very little padding inside, and the outside was damaged and looked like it had been drop kicked a few times, then taped up again. Luckily, though some items were separated from their packaging, nothing was badly damaged. Does make me second guess ordering fragile items like clippers or scissors with package treatment like this. Not sure if it was UPS or PetEdge, but wow.

I ordered the Wahl KM10 clippers on March 11, 2022. Based on the website information, the clippers were in stock. However, when I checked the order status, it had the order wouldn't be shipped until April 2022. It's obvious the products you've in stock doesn't match the quantity shown on your website. I finally received the clippers on April 13, 2022. Yes, 33 days later even though when I ordered the clippers the website was showing they were in stock. The clippers were in its original box; however the clippers were placed in a larger box and shipped without any packing material. I'm frustrated with this entire process.

The shears are great, however your packaging was absolutely horrendous.. they were in a sleeve, but they were thrown in a simple Manila envelope packages, it was with the bubble inside, but the envelope was all ripped up and in horrible condition. These are delicate tools that can’t be thrown around. They should be packaged properly and more securely so they don’t get damaged. Luckily kind were fine.
