They were fast, efficient, and gave me no issues. My blades arrived in perfect condition and exactly as described. I ordered from Pet Store Direct recently and they really let me down so I will be ordering from PetEdge from this point on. You've earned a loyal customer.

I've been ordering from this company pretty steadily for about two years. They have a great variety of professional dog grooming items and I've always been pleased with their products. Customer service is outstanding and prompt.

The gal fixed my order right away and sent me a different color. However what I’m upset about is I ordered $630 worth of stuff and give Pet Edge a lot of my business and they canceled my back order because my back order items were under $20 , they were $19.90 so after spending all that money they were not willing to fulfill my back order over 10 cents. Bad business PE! There are plenty of other companies I can order from and one locally.

Thank you so much for providing feedback on your experience, we see that our sales representative Esperanza helped you choose an in stock option for the back ordered product. The system automatically rejects items under a certain amount that are out of stock, we are sorry for any inconvenience this caused. Fortunately we can resolve order issues and reinstate back orders, if you ever need assistance please call us and let us know! Thank you for choosing PetEdge for your grooming needs, we truly value your business!
