Hi there, we did review your order entirely, and see that you had spoken with Sena, and she had let you know of the Furminator that had been on backorder and was restocked. We did then have Alice contact you today to provide you with a label and the return number that she will be emailing you to return the product. We understand it had taken a long time for our Furminator to come back into stock and apologize for the confusion. Thank you for your feedback, we hope that this issue is now resolved.
