You must have seen the tracking for just the one item and thought that's all that was coming, we apologize for the confusion. UPDATE: I received a phone call from Mary at PetEdge less than an hour after posting. She explained how their process works for weekend orders. I now understand and very impressed with Mary’s kindness and professionalism!! Looking forward to receiving my package. I am changing my review from 1 star to 5. I will continue to be a PetEdge customer. I have heard nothing but good things about PetEdge but my experience was not so. The item I ordered was not available but I didn’t see any in indictation until I had already placed theorder. The message didn’t state whether/when it would be available. Or if the order had been cancelled or would be shipped when available. I will try to order again in the future.
