I have ordered twice now and had a positive experience both times. I'm a Certified Pet Groomer and need great tools to work throughout my busy day with. I do wish blade packages were available for sizes 4f, 5f, 7f, and #30 blades. Those are the most used blades in my area, but buying them separately can be expensive. Different package options would be great! Just an idea for some feedback. Thank you PetEdge for great equipment and quality products 🫶🏻🐾

There was an error in an order I placed. I received a duplicate order and needed to return it. I spoke with Mary from customer service and she was very knowledgeable and courteous and helped me with the process of returning duplicate order. Very sweet and kind lady, it was a pleasure speaking with her.
