I called in because I accidentally ordered extra items. Mary was able to quickly and kindly help me fix this issue and even improve my shipping, which I didn't know was an option. I don't have to tell you how rare it is to have someone in customer service even remotely polite anywhere I go. So I'm glad to say Mary was amazing!
