I love your products and the promptness of arrival! I do not like the search on the website. I just like to search and the products pop up… Not the filtering or selecting name brands and such. But I do love the products!

For the most part I find what I'm looking for. But there is one item that I really need, & PetEdge always has it. But not this time. I'm very frustrated!

Online catalog is difficult to navigate. When you enlarge screen it doesn’t decrease and the fields don’t fill in as they should.

Only gave a 4 star bc the editing information feature was aggravating but I finally got it. Also I couldn’t find nor was offered an extended warranty option. Being a groomer an extended warranty is important.

Thank you for taking the time to give us a positive review, we appreciate it. We see that you purchased an Oster product, and they do offer a 1-year warranty on defects in material and workmanship 800-339-2547. We hope that you will not need that information, but in case you would. We've also alerted our Marketing team about the issue of editing, and making it more convenient, and a more visible option. Thank you for choosing PetEdge we truly value your business! 🐕💖
