My tar shampoo came busted and shampoo was over everything even the bag around it leaked. Wasn't to happy as it took me over an hour to clean it all up.

One of the bottles of Tar-ific came in damaged and half of it was everywhere. Gave 3 stars because usually I have decent business with you. Not sure what to do here. I've spent 30 min cleaning it all off the other products I bought.

I dislike the fact that you have to spend at least $99.00 for shipping. Makes me feel like I'm being robbed. I need just two cans of pet fresh and it was going to cost me $47.00 because of shipping

I am a Dig Groomer and have ordered from Petedge for many years. The Clipper Blades I purchase are Always dull and need Sharpening right out of the box. I shouldn't have to pay my Blade Repairman to sharpen brand new blades!!!

We have offered you a replacement but told you we needed the blade back to send to our vendor(s) as you said every blade, all different brands are dull. We offered you a return label and a pickup, and you weren't wanting to send us the blade(s) back. If you change your mind, please give us a call or chat 800-738-3343 as with the purchasing of blades, and issues you've had we need our vendor to look at the blades whether they be from Andis, Wahl, or Geib. I bought two air filters for a k9 dryer, but I was sent the wrong product that was photographed in the product description. Petedge refuses to send me the correct product or refund me for my purchase. Their customer service is horrible, and I will never buy another item from Petedge or any other Boss Holdings. You lost a customer forever! Since you have refunded me, I have updated my rating to 3 stars. I hope you change the photograph of the product so that it doesn’t become a problem for any other customers.

Hi, we received an email from Robert and had informed him that the part he ordered was the insert only and didn't include the outer plastic ring. We've refunded Robert for the foam insert, but do not have the full plastic surround part for the filter that he was wanting. A refund wasn't refused we were waiting for a reply to the email that was sent. We appreciate you letting us know of your disappointment and thank you for choosing PetEdge.
