My first order was missing a product from the order and o had to contact customer service to get them to resend the product. Now with this order i was sent a damaged product.

Your order was sent in two different shipments one from our Illinois warehouse, and the other one from our Reno warehouse, so they weren't sent together. I purchased a Stainless Steel Pro Deluxe Tub for my new shop, I'm moving to a new place. I have contractors and plumbers there to install the tub. They asked to have the tub on site, ready to go, on the 1sr of February for everything to go smoothly for my opening on the 6th, Monday. All great until the plumber realized Petedge sent the wrong drain. I was told that there is only one drain they have that fits this particular tub. Next they wanted to charge me for the extra drain... LMAO!! No way Jose! Your mistake your deal! Then it was getting me the part in an expedited manner, which they appear to have trouble doing. I was told, "it will get there when it gets there". I had to scrape my jaw off the effing floor!! Unbelievable. I gave two stars because the tub came in secure packaging and seems to be a solid product. Of course I haven't used it yet. We'll see. So buyer beware. Check your parts. Update: Petedge contacted me pretty quickly after my review posted. They are stepping up to remedy the situation and asked for me to follow up with any additional issues. This was s professional move on their part.

Delivery took too long, didn’t find a option for expedited shipping on website… 3 out of my 10 5 in 1 blades I bought came open/ripped from original packaging and loose in the box and these are fragile items.

Too long delivery time, 3/7 days… at least give people the option to pay for better shipping because it’s too long, we buy material because we work with it.
