Hi there, we have given you a photo of your home where the box was delivered to, we have had FedEx track their GPS and put in a claim. We are sorry that you may have had a porch pirate, but you've confirmed this is your home via email and by phone, FedEx confirmed their GPS. There is nothing else that we are able to do with this delivery, it was delivered. We are sorry for the situation, but we do not have any recourse to assist you. Thank you for your review PetEdge.

Hi there, we do show the first part of your order was delivered on 12/10/2024 and the second part was delivered on 12/12/2024. If you have not received your items, you would need to contact us 800-738-3343 and let us know what has not been received. We can put a claim in with FedEx. Thank you for your feedback. PetEdge.

Hi there, we reviewed your order entirely and do see that you spoke with Troy, and she was trying to explain to you about the holiday and the 24/48 hrs for picking and packing, but we could hear you were upset. We are sorry for any delay, but we do see your order is being delivered on Wednesday 12/11/2024. In the future USPS is one of the slower shipping methods unless you pay for expedited shipping through them. Please keep that in mind for future orders. Thank you PetEdge.
