I have been your client for a long time, small amounts but for long time. Unfortunately this time you were out of stock of the shampoo I buy on a regulary basis. So this time I am trying some new ones. The only other thing is your delivery are little slow. I have always be happy with your products hopefully the new ones will work for me. Thanks.

Product is nice - trying to set up an acct NOT SO MUCH It didn't like what I entered (even tho it was the correct address) so I finally ordered without setting up an acct. Looks like the 'company" could understand I know my address better than they do Product was nice - price point good

Easy to shop but higher shipping costs than other sellers.

Hi there, we do our very best to stay competitive in the shipping market and wish we could give free shipping for all orders, but to keep our prices competitive we just can't. We appreciate you choosing a smaller business and thank you for choosing PetEdge.

Pros: Good pricing, easy-to-use website from a desktop, great sales. Cons: The website does not work well on a mobile device to set up an account and do your first order.
