Hi there, we hear you and understand your frustration however, our items that come directly from our vendors we unfortunately have no control over their shipping costs. Just so you are aware if you haven't signed up for our texts and emails please do so as we often have free dropship coupons where we pay the shipping. We are sorry to disappoint you, but please watch for our specials. Thank you for choosing PetEdge we truly appreciate your business!

Hi there, we are so sorry you're frustrated with FedEx, we did recently switch to that carrier, and have hopes that we will be able to get you your products more quickly as they ship on Saturdays and Sundays. We apologize for the shipping charge error and reviewed your order entirely. The system did charge shipping despite the promo code being used, we are unsure what happened during checkout to cause this error but we will be investigating. We will be issuing a refund of the shipping cost to your original form of payment and will be contacting you with the details of when to expect this. Again, we are unaware why the system charged shipping and are sorry for any inconvenience this caused. We appreciate you taking the time to review us, and thank you for choosing PetEdge, we truly value your business!

Thank you so much for providing feedback about your recent order. Unfortunately, many states were hit with severe weather, and unsafe road conditions causing delays in carrier shipments. We are sorry for any inconvenience this caused and thank you for choosing PetEdge!

We apologize for the delay of your product and reviewed the tracking for your order. Your remaining items are still on their way due for delivery on Friday 1/26. It appears that our carrier FedEx did change the delivery date due to delays, we are unsure what delays were encountered and realize how frustrating this is. Thank you so much for providing feedback on your experience, if you have any further questions please don't hesitate to reach out!
