We apologize for any miscommunication in pricing, unfortunately vendors update their pricing and as catalogs are printed we cannot edit past a certain date. Hi Melissa, we reviewed your order entirely and listened to the call to see how we can help. We see that your order shows fully delivered since February, except for one item that is on backorder. We see you called in on 03/13 and spoke with Jetara, and listened to the call where she had let you know the combs were on backorder and told you the current ship date and you said you still wanted the item. If you haven't received anything else from your order or would like to cancel the back-order item, please call us 800-738-3343 as we are available M-F 8am-8pm CST. We see where our customer service specialist sent you free replacements on all the products, but the Zymox and we do see where you called in and spoke with Maci where we listened to the call and she had told you the one Zymox with Cortizone had already shipped out, and it we need to be returned for a refund.
