Hi, no scam here, there was a connectivity issue causing your card to not transfer to our system. We call as a courtesy however, you're always encourage regardless of any company to let the company know you will call back the direct line you know is a familiar number if you ever feel like you're being scammed as a best practice. We have made many enhancements to our website that slow down the site at times, but nothing like what you had experienced. Hi there, your order was placed on the 12/30 and it is in our picking and packing process. If you're ever concerned about an order, please call us at 800-738-3343 M-F 8am to 6pm CST, or send us an email at [email protected]. We also had our IT lookup your email address, and we did send a thank you for your order, email confirmation it may have gone to your spam folder. Once your item has shipped you will receive another email with your tracking number. We also see that your email used for the Trust Pilot is the same email we have on file. Hi there, we see now why the review was not appropriate as your item is on backorder until 01/16/2025. We do still have lilac in stock, if you would like to get the lilac. Hi there, we did receive your email in our support box and immediately fixed the order you placed online and did email you letting you know. Our system doesn't have the ability to duplicate orders. We also see that you contacted our customer support and spoke with Alice and the second order was already cancelled immediately after receiving your email.
