Did not let me know that mail clippers were out of stock when I placed order. I did not find out till a couple days after I placed the order. So now if I order them I will have to pay shipping.

We ordered some bars on 9/18. Eventually expected delivery was 10/10. It was finally shipped 10/9 via USPS. We got the item 10/13. 3 days in transit understandable and fine. 3 weeks waiting to ship the item seems a little excessive.

I made sure the items I was ordering was not on backorder, but then I received and email stating they were and were to be shipped out months after the order. I was never contacted and had to reach out myself and order different products.

I've checked with our Marketing Dept. to ensure that our website showed out of stock as well. The grooming arm was also out of stock since 06/28/2023 and just came back into stock on 08/28/2023. When my order was confirmed over the phone, I asked about the delivery time, your agent told me it takes about 3 business days. It turns out that 2 of the 4 ordered items have to be shipped over a month later. I didn’t expect that late when I placed the orders or I would change idea. Also I stressed to her that my shop is closed every Tuesday. I asked her to deliver a note to UPS that do not make delivery on Tuesday and she said no problem. Eventually it turns out that the delivery is estimated on next Tuesday as per UPS’s notice. It may cause me trouble if the delivery is here when my shop is closed and no body receive it. I would be grateful if you could fix this for me. Thank you.

Hi there, we listened to the entire call, and you spoke with Carlmarie and she did tell you 3-7 business days for shipping She did put in the notes that you're closed on Tuesday's however, UPS does not take direction on days when they deliver packages. If you're not at your shop on Tuesday, UPS does up to 3 attempts to delivery however, our agent did put all of this in the notes as she said.
