Wonderful assistance from the person
I ordered a pair of shears from PetEdge. When I found out my husband had already ordered a set from Amazon, I thought I should cancel my order. So I called the 800 number. The person initially said I needed to reject the order when it arrived, but then called me back and said she checked with her supervisor, and that she could cancel the order. I appreciated the call back very much.
