the online site wasn't working well had to call then I'm getting charged shipping on some items , I'll use someone else I dont need to place such a large order with to get free shipping from now on , most only require a 100.00 purchase for free shipping. That 50.00 charge is a lot to a small business.

I am disappointed in the cutting ability of the unit I purchased. My $35 personal trimmer actually cuts better, with less strokes. The scissors that purchased is very good

We could not log on the website. We tried different computers and still nothing. Finally we called and the gal was very nice. Still waiting for the products to arrive.

I have been buying from Petedge for a very looong time and this last order was truly disappointing. In the past my orders were processed quickly and arrived faster than expected and I usually place a fairly large order. This time I only ordered a few items and I needed one of the items quickly. My order was placed Sunday night and was not shipped until Thurs. They used a faster service and the tracking said package expected to arrive on Monday. I am closed on Mon and had personal business to attend to and when I finally got to the shop my pkg was just left at my business door. It was an expensive order (clippers) and the box was damaged. The box was not sturdy as it contained a gallon of shampoo and there was not enough packing materials and they were ineffective. One box in the package was torn. Luckily everything was ok but must say I am very disappointed in the processing and packaging of this order.

Easy to shop with but slow about getting out orders.took them them over 4 days to ship mine out and it was only 3 items. I haven't got the items yet.

We do show your items shipped and are to be to your door on Wednesday. Also, your baby powder colognes are on backorder and not due to be in stock until 04/24. I’ve only gotten to try the andis clippers and de matting spray. The spray is wonderful. The clippers are okay, noisier than my other clippers but seem to work ok. and the screws have rust on them from the over abundance of oil that was on the clippers, which was rather disappointing. But the buying experience was good and shipping did not take long at all.
