We reviewed your account and the shears you received we see you didn't care for them, and we let you know to send them back, and we will exchange them for a different pair. We have not received confirmation and have emailed you several times that you had returned your shears or provided us with tracking numbers to show the shears are being returned. Hi there, we reviewed your order entirely and see that you ordered the Master Equipment grooming arms, and on the website, it does show you have to order $2,000 or more to qualify for free shipping on those items however, you did save $12.00 in shipping for the belly bands.
