Hi there, you did receive free shipping on everything except the one item on your order that says: Item qualifies for Free Shipping on orders of $2,000+ of qualifying Master Equipment and ProSelect-branded equipment. The dryer charged $17.43 for shipping. We are sorry that you feel this is too high of a cost for the item and will relay your disappointment. We appreciate your business. Thank you PetEdge.

Hi there, we do see your order in the system, and do see that you chose USPS that is not free shipping option. Our free shipping is for FedEx so we were able to correct that for you this morning and apologize for the inconvenience with our system not allowing you to choose that method. We are going to contact you today to ensure that your shipping and everything is good with your so there are no worries. Thank you for letting us know of the issue, we are sorry for the troubles you had, and thank you for choosing PetEdge we truly value your business! ❤️

Hi there, we see you placed your order yesterday 07/02 and the order is in our picking and packing process. You will receive an email to the email on file which does match the one you placed your review with. That email will provide you with the tracking number, and information for your shipping. We do see the order will be hauled by freight truck (semi) and they will contact you directly to setup an appointment. Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate your business at PetEdge.

We are going to contact you to make sure we have all updated information for you and see how we can resolve any issues with you. Thank you for letting us know and thank you for your business.

Hi there, we are very sorry for your disappointment with us. We did review your order and see it was placed on 05.30 after our business hours and your order was in our warehouse picking and packing process the next day 5.31. We are closed on the weekends at PetEdge as a smaller business to better allow a positive work life balance for our employees. We do see it was on the truck Tuesday 06/04 and it's showing a delivery to your door tomorrow between the hours of 10:30 am and 2:30pm. We are going to watch your order to see if there's any issues with the delivery process and contact you tomorrow. Thank you for letting us know and we will try to do better next time. Thank you for choosing PetEdge we truly value your business.
