I am so upset with Pet Edge. First of all, my total was $255.00 but after I placed the order, Pet Edge jacked it up to $320.89. They said free shipping for orders over $99 but charged $29.00 shipping. My coupon code gave me a $31.00 discount but they changed their receipt to give me only $10.00 coupon. I am very upset with their deceptive practices.

Super super disappointed, this was my second time ordering grooming blades from pet edge. My #7 wide blade came in worked on one dog and quit. Then I order two #30 blades they also don’t work. Now I have to pay to get them returned. Won’t be using PetEdge again

If I could give their "customer service" department a zero, I would. We did not receive an order and they're refusing to refund us for it. They are also being SO rude to us about it.

Worse company ever! Spent $6000.00 on 2 tables and now they no longer carry parts tables are garbage now! They are stuck in the height it stopped working (electric table) no longer use them! DON'T SHOP THERE!; ALSO WAYYYY MORE EXPENSIVE THAN EVERY OTHER PLACE AND NO FREE SHIPPING UNLESS YOU ORDER OVER LOKE $350.00! RIDICULOUS!!!

We did respond to your email regarding the 23-year-old tables, and we are so happy to hear they lasted that long it's incredible. Also, for future reference our equipment is free shipping over $2000 or more, and that is competitive with others in the industry. I ordered 1 item which should have taken a couple days( I ordered from Pet Edge because they were closer to me than where i normally order) It took 11 days from the time I ordered until it got to me. I won't order from them again!!! Now Pet Edge wants to put all the blame on Fed Ex ???? When I ordered on a Wednesday, called the following Monday( 5 DAYS LATER) and the 1 item still hadn't shipped. I was told it PROBABLY would go out that day. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi there, we did review your order entirely and see there was an issue with FedEx they stated they attempted delivery on 04/02 and FedEx was having an issue delivering. They show they attempted delivery daily until they were finally able to deliver on Sunday 04/06. We did send you the tracking information and you can pull up the tracking number and see the attempts. We apologize for the inconvenience, but it looks as if FedEx had issues on their end. We apologize on behalf of FedEx.

I have been ordering from PetEdge for several years but when I placed an expensive order for a dryer it became delayed by multiple months and led to me eventually canceling the order. It was an incredibly frustrating experience and I won't be purchasing such tools from them again.
