It came in a very nice package in just two days!! It was so easy to set up with the app. The instructions tell you to mount it on your wall, but I set mine on a shelf and it was worked perfectly. You can use this device to give treats to your pets and talk with them or just simply watch and hear them. I have a new puppy I am crate training so it has been so amazing to be able to call in and check on if he is upset or just napping!

This is a fun addition to my living room. My fat cat comes running when she hears the unit start working. I like that it has night vision so I can see what’s happening no matter the time. It alerts to sounds and motion if you want. Lots of extras in the app that I’m getting used to as well.

PROS: • I love the idea behind this. It's hilarious to be able to see what my cats are up to when I'm away. The video works in low light, so when lights off in my apartment, I can still see my cats. • A lot of video is captured and stored, I can scroll through and view when I want. Being able to turn Notifications on or off gives me control. • The start up manual was designed well and set up was easy. The app walked you through the process. Was using it within minutes of opening the box. • Customer service is very friendly and helpful. CONS: • I live in a small apartment, so this is bigger than I'd like. It has a long cord, but finding the perfect position near an outlet that also fits on a shelf is a challenge. In a bigger apartment this probably wouldn't be an issue. Manual suggests placing at least 3 feet above floor, but to be honest, that seems too high. Half the time my cats are off camera because they are low to the floor. • Start up manual doesn't include info on how to load the treats. The lid to the dispenser is hard to remove, so I started to doubt that was where you load them. Thankfully, you only have to remove the lid once in a while as treats need replacing. • Not ideal when treats are small. The dispenser shoots out 6 or 7 at a time. They kind of get sprayed out across the floor. My kitten loves chasing treats, so he seemed to like it. Initially, he was skittish because the dispenser is kind of loud. My older cat can't be bothered. I think it confuses her. Uneaten treats have been stepped on and make a mess. • Having to have wifi on all the is another issue. My apple Wifi gets hot so I don't leave it on when I'm away which defeats the purpose of having the Pet Camera. I didn't do enough research before I bought it as to how it works. My bad.

I am beyond thrilled with this product. A friend of mine recommended it after purchasing it to monitor her dog, and I could not be happier with the outcome of my purchase (I've attached photos as a reference). My 5 year old Italian Greyhound, Dexter, spends the majority of his time when I'm away at work sun bathing in the living room. It was interesting to observe him moving from the windowsill, to the couch, to the arm chair throughout the day. I was not expecting him to react to the laser, but he actually loved it! I caught a screen grab of him playing with it and attached it as well. Feeling a lot more confident leaving him at home now that I am able to monitor his activity.

I had to contact the customer service team via the ‘chat’ option & they were very quick to solve my missing delivery. Ordering was easy & i’m now very happy.

Petcube is amazing! Starting from boxing of the product, and finishing with quality of video. Very easy to install, very easy to connect. Now, I am more then 9k away from my pet, but still i have possibility to feed it any moment I wish! Thanks!

Great device while away from cats. Easy to set up and use. Added security with motion and sound detection camera while away from home. Cat's enjoy the interaction with treat dispenser.
