The cube is really nice
The cube is really nice. The size fits anywhere, the picture is clear. My only problem is that is not very loud. While testing it out, I could barley hear my daughter calling the cat.

Excellent help and speedy responses!
Any questions and queries are answers super efficiently and with great help! I was having issues with my app to see my fur babies and they very speedily helped me and sorted the issue very quickly!

Good Camera, Horrible support
I received the Pet Cube as a Fathers Day gift. Great little camera, just what I was looking for to keep an eye on my fur babies while I was out of the house. The camera worked great for about 2.5/3 months, and then lost connection with my WIFI and would not reconnect no matter what i tried. I contacted Tech support and they determined the WIFI module was bad, and the tech offered to replace it. A few hours later i received an email stating they needed a receipt, i replied back letting them know it was a gift and I did not have a receipt, just as I had advised the tech this during the troubleshooting process. So now i have a camera that is only good as a paper weight, because they will not replace the camera under warranty like the tech said they would. This is why i rated it 2 STARS UPDATE: A week after posting this review i was contacted by customer support (management, I believe) an was offered a replacement camera. Today I received my camera. It is a real shame i could not get support until i was forced to place a negative review just to get support. I want to change the star rating but for the fact the extent i had to go through to get this resolved i will move it up to 3 Stars. As my Title say Good Camera, Horrible support.

Peace of Mind
Pet cube has made me feel at ease when I have to be away from home. I able to keep an eye on my kitties. It was extremely helpful when my one kittys was ill. I highly recommend.

This is a scam. Never got the Petcube or a email confirmation and had to report it to my bank to get my money back.

It is great!
We unboxed it got it set up We have 3 dachshunds and showed them it. Now when they want a treat they go by it and put their nose in the out hole. I tell them to wait cause I don’t have my phone and I get it and we’re on the way for about a half hour of play. It is great. We bought 2 more for friends for x-mas . Best wishes Dave
