Pet SupermarketReviews of pet-supermarket.com

part of my order came in,a week later another part came in, then last part never came in, no explanation as to why, called a dozen times, lie after lie. Then they took it upon themselves to send more dog without my approval. After getting my credit card company involved they credited my account for part of the first order that never came in. Stay away from these people. You may or may not get your order. It will come in 3or 4 shipments. A good chance you will see charges on your credit card for item you did not order. For me, NEVER AGAIN !

Absolutely disgusted by the service. Cancelled my repeat order back in March, confirmed by the cancellation email from the sales team, yet I have been billed and shipped goods that I have not agreed to pay for in May- just last week!- value over £200! Delivery has been dropped by the courier and that's it. Cancellation of the order in March happen due to price increase by £30! I have checked my account and I have another one scheduled for June! Return policy-- arrange the return for the voucher to spent at store!

Paid for next day delivery, 3 days later I’ve still not received the item. Pet supermarket claim it was dispatched, Yodel claim it’s still with the sender.

They have gotten my orders wrong twice and want me to send back a 25 lb bag of food. They decided to ship a completely different brand and it was for weight control. And it was cheaper than what I originally paid for. They can't get their crap together over there.

Just about fed up with this company never get repeat order on time and trying to log in is sometimes impossible. Why don’t they employ people who actually care about their job but I suppose it’s the generation we have growing up now . Want the money but don’t want the work

I order frequently from pet supermarket.com. I have a pet rescue so I buy large bags of cat/dog food. Unlike Chewy and Walmart, their food has start coming in bags that have 2-3 months until BB or expiration date. Delivery from other outlets are mostly a year out. I think they use the .com sales to unload their old food.

Is there a lower rating??? Kids working with ZERO knowledge of good service and now trying to stuff their "woke" agenda down grown up minds who just want to shop, spend money on our furbabies, and NOT get gender/trans/identity shoved in our faces. My store of 9 years now has a kid demanding customers call a WOMAN a "man" because that is what SHE identifies as, and I guess that is what they "think" is appropriate in a retail store. NOT!!! Petco & Petsmart will love our big spent money a lot more and Petsupermarket can learn a lesson... you know, like Disney did!!!

Staffed by one or two teenagers who are totally customer service ignorant. No one acknowledges you when you walk in, there's no one at the register to check you out. Second time I've had to leave product on the counter and just leave. This is the Rock Hill SC store.
