2 weeks and still waiting for items!!! Ordered my items 2 weeks ago and have still not arrived! Emailed to be told someone will be in touch but no one has been in touch. So phoned to be told our item would be here today and also asked to speak to a manger to be told they will contact us but yet again nothing. So phoned again to be told our item hasn't even been dispatched ! Now will be Monday until it does . No manager has phoned back ! Will not order from here again and advise no one else does! Poor customer service

Checked on online chat items in stock told yes you can order up to 25 of them, I needed a vet diet, I explained urgent and they said you wont get any issues and we understand the urgency. I also paid the £2.99 delivery service so that the order was processed and despatched same day for following day delivery. Order went through and they took money, 2 days later items still not despatched, I tried to call but no answer after 20 mins, I used the online chat again eventually chat opend and was told loads of rubbish, 1 minute order had errored and needed new order number, then it did not need new order number and was told payment had not gone through. Checked with bank and they had taken money, the online chat agent had bad attitude and would not answer my questions and she would not put me through to a senior person, due to this I kept the agent on hold on online chat untill a manager called me. Suddenly a manager was able to give me a call. Feels like a two bit company, I would never order from them again or trust them, the Manager looked into it and processed the order for delivery, she refunded the £2.99 but that was it and said sorry, the items still did not arrive next day it was a day later. They maybe cheap but cheap is not best, pay a few pence more and order from a good company. Try Viovet I Did & They Are Top Class.

Where is my order.????? Will not order from them again. I want a refund Will report this business .

I ordered 5 packs of Zylkene tablets for my dog, Package came yeserday and inside only 2 packs and no explanation. went on line and checked my order to find I had ordered and paid for 5. sent an e-mail to them but obviously no one is too worried- except me!

I regularly buy from Pet Supermarket and was pleasantly surprised when I received a "missed you" 15% discount voucher on 18 Jan. I tried using it today (26 Jan) and it didn't work. I called (chargeable tel no) and was left hanging on for 10 mins listening to terrible music - and no reply. So, I started a chat and Caroline advised me that the voucher expired last Sat - even though nothing about deadlines was mentioned in the email containing it. "She" then terminated the call quite unceremoniously. Needless to say that Pet Supermarket has driven away this irate (now former) customer who has spent hundred of £ with them in the last year alone. Myopic and poor customer care!!
