I placed my order on 24/11/17, PS06414512. I still have not received my items and my account only shows order approved. Sent an email which received an automatic reply stating will take a week to reply. I have just tried phoning and after being on hold for 45 mins I had to hang up. I see from other comments that others are having the same problem. I have used pet supermarket before with no problem. Very disappointing experience this time. I still want the items ordered. This delay with no communication from pet supermarket is not acceptable. Update 5/12/17: email received stating items have been dispatched.

How is this company still operating? Placed an order over 2 weeks ago with three day delivery Phoned help line numerous times to cancel the order but call is NEVER picked up No where on order page to say "cancel order" Email response is one week yet I am still to hear back Avoid this company like the plague

Thought i found a good website !! Okay i only ordered on the 26th Nov but i should of received my items by now as they where dispatched on 28th Nov. They said i can track my parcel with Royal mail but there is no tracking number given. I emailed and have tried to phone after reading so many bad reviews but no response from email and phone just plays music. I can not afford to go and buy my dogs flea treatments again.

Ordered on 23rd November, it still says order approved as the status. There is no answer to telephone calls; emails receive an automated 'high number' to respond to. It seems a cause for concern that more emails arrive suggesting one may like to order from them when they already have outstanding unfulfilled orders. I hope to get my money back, previously this company was excellent by me. DELIVERY of order this afternoon - 2 December. Hope this poor service was just a temporary issue of staffing/supplies. I re-iterate, previously this company has been very good on price and delivery.

Like many reviewers before I have given this company numerous large orders. The last one did not arrive. I have presumed that they had gone out of business. Nobody answered the phone or emails. Luckily I paid with my credit card which has been refunded. Shame on Pet Supermarket for not keeping their loyal customers informed. I have now found another supplier who is cheaper and whose order arrived in 2 days.

Disappointing my order has not been dispatched and I ordered it 9 days ago! Been trying to ring them but have been on hold for over 10 minutes and still waiting. When I finally get through I will be asking for a refund and I will not be using them again.

Order number PS06388814 was made 15/11/17 and money was taken out my account the following day. I spent enough for free delivery of my items with 3-5 working days yet I have only received 1 email to say my item has been approved but no further email to say dispatched. I have emailed pet supermarket times now and still not had a reply within the promised time of 24 hours and you cannot get through on the phone number given. I am now having to purchased my product elsewhere and spend more money at a time of the year when I could do without the extra expense. Will not be using again that's for sure.

Would give zero if possible. Still not received a refund despite being told thus was in progress. Raised a dispute with Pay Pal. Received an email 2 days ago saying they will not refund unless I withdraw my complaint. They have also suggested to PayPal that they delivered relying on a despatch for part order! Also said £20 voucher for the trouble caused. No such voucher on my account. Most stuff is out of stock which suggests cashflow problems not warehouse issue. Avoid this business at all cost. Received a further email today from this shower repeating that I must withdraw my complaint to PayPal before they will refund the monies due to me from a partial delivery.Blackmail springs to Mind. Looked at the last filed accounts of the company that trades as this shower, namely Kokoba limited and the charge recently given to Barclays.Suggest others do likewise. Next stop is trading standards.
