very High prices for this store.

For heaven's sake! I've been a long time customer of Pet Supermarket but my cat now needs a new sort of veterinary diet. go to Animed, find it in two seconds. Go to Pet Supermarket and the search engine has a nervous breakdown. None of the filters work! If you want wet cat food you get dry dog food. If you want Purina, you get every brand except Purina. It's as though what you filter by is automatically excluded from your results. Sort it out, PS. Animed (whose check-out irritates intensely) gets the order this time.

I love the fact any supplies I need for my aquariums are usually in there for a very affordable price compared to other local stores. What I do not like is seeing hundreds of dead fish in there tanks or like tonight offering to take a common pleco who was struggling to stay alive and after notifying a employee who looked like he just left the strip club with nasty hickeys all over his neck, the guy never even checked the tank and went back to chatting with other employees. Either your company doesn't care or you hire people that don't care but either way you have some nasty ick in your tanks at that store and I'll never buy a fish from there. Be ready to kill every fish you own if you introduce there stock. Very sad but it's life.

Reasonably priced items but terrible delivery- ordered products on 22/8, telephoned on the 28/8 to ask where my delivery was to be told they would be 'picked' from the warehouse that afternoon... goodness knows when I will eventually receive my order. Living in a rural area unable to drive due to ill health I am very reliant on online services and expect delivery to be in the given time frame which the company has failed on; the website states 24 to 48 hours for despatch and 3 to 5 days delivery. Will not be using this company again.

Ordered on the 9th, goods despatched on the 15th still waiting on the 21st for delivery! So much for 48 hr despatch and 3-5 days delivery!! I have now completely run out of the products I ordered, I hope my elderly dog is OK off her supplements for this time, in fact I've placed another order elsewhere. Good prices but awful delivery time. Won't use again unless guaranteed a better service.

Over a week so far of ordering cat food and it not arriving....yet!! They took they money and then told me they could not get 2 of the items ordered....yet to recieve a refund for those items. Apperently other items have been sent now but could take 3-4 days to arrive. So if you're prepared to wait for a.week and a half for your delivery then this is the company for you!! I've had to go out and buy extra food for my cats to see the through until my order arrives. This is the second time I have ordered from here...the first time they took the money and then a week later i had to phone them to find out if my order had been sent because i had had no contact , only to be told that they didn't even have stock of it and they would refund me.....I wonder how long they would have waited to let me know this, I should have learnt from that experience!! I will not use this company again and would rather pay more for.. a company that can actually deliver!!!

Ordered items 20th November for delivery within 3 days. Now the 24th and goods not even dispatched. Can't get hold of anyone on phone, you just get put on hold for ages. Have emailed twice with no response.
