I have used this company for a number of years with no problems. I placed a order a week ago and haven't received it. I have tried numerous times to ring and no one answers. I have held for ages. I have emailed as well. My order number is PS06437489. I see a lot of unhappy customer s. You are going to loose a lot of business mind included. If you can't supply the service don't take the order.

Ordered specialist dog food and this has not been delivered. On several occasions phoning , been put on hold constantly. Emails say they may get back to me with a week , really poor customer service no response from anyone. My dog needs the specialist food , PS06436876 or please send my money back , the company are quick enough to take it from my account . To add I have been ordering for months from this company and never had a problem , very quick delivery etc, but this will be the last I’m afraid .

no phone answer, had couple email,s nothing since, have asked for refund but no responce, over 80 pound,s worth of money sent,i am disabled with a low income, digusted. placed order on 18november they said that it is on way, they were very quick to take my money you horrible company, just give me my refund. Ordered three 12kg bags of Adult Iams dog food on the 24th November and paid via Pay Pal. As seems to be the case with a lot of other people, I have yet to receive this order despite payment being taken. I have ordered from here before with no problems but now wish I had checked some recent reviews. I can fully understand new computer and/or warehouse systems causing some delay (if this is true) but to compound it with not answering phones or e-mails is unacceptable. Common sense would at least dictate the generic reply e-mail actually informing customers of the delays but apparently not! Also no mention on the automatic answerphone, which incidentally has to have the most annoying on hold music ever created by humans. (or is this a tactic to get rid of callers) Of course no mention either on the website so as not to put off unsuspecting customers. I am fairly certain If I advertised goods and took payment without fullfilling the orders, I would be investigated under the fraud act. Reading other comments on here,it would appear the only way of gaining a response is to post on this site,which again is unacceptable customer service. So if someone from the company is reading this then I would still like my order, so please can you advise if it is likely to be dispatched in a timely manner ( i.e. this week) or if this is not thought possible then please refund my money immediately Order no. I made an order for 5 bags of catlitter on 19th November £99.95.. then noticed they had the wrong delivery name AND address so I tried calling them...never any answer...then emailing...no replies, I then emailed and cancelled my order and got a reply saying they would refund me...STILL no refund and no further replies, what can be done to get a refund from these useless people?

I'd love to know where the hell my order is,I ordered dog food and wormer on the 20th of November and it normally takes 3 to 5 days to come and still nothing. I've tried calling and I've emailed but no reply. I've ordered so many times before without any problem but this time there's definitely something wrong going on with the company. Having to wait 15 days to put in a complaint to Barcleys so I can get my money back. Not a happy customer 😠😠

Like many people on this chain, I have ordered but other than generic emails and no response on the customer help line, I still do not have my order. The order was placed on the 17th November and was over £100 in value, which also included medicated food for my cats. To be honest, I have had ok service from them in the past, however the lack of replies & service this time does sour my experience in dealing with them. I look forward to receiving a reply and having my money refunded, as the order has not been fulfilled, as soon as possible.

I have recently placed two orders with PET SUPERMARKET and so far have not received the orders - over £100. They do not answer the customer service telephone number OR their emails. I will NEVER order from them again.
