Made an order for dog food three weeks ago. Have not received the item and unable to contact customer service. Made numerous phone calls yet despite being on hold for 20 minutes never got through to a member of staff. Sent two emails but only received automatic responses. They took payment at time of order so one unhappy customer!!

Order number PS06388789 Still waiting to hear when the above order placed on 15th November will be despatched. I have been a very satisfied customer for more than a year and have given excellent reviews in the past but I no longer trust this company to supply my goods. Why are they continuing to advertise goods as in stock and taking orders and money but not delivering?

Ordered dog food in November and still not arrived yet so phoned them and just left waiting.also emailed but had no response. Rubbish customer service. Do not order from this company!!! Not sure what to do next.

Right now there are 3 companies all owned by the same person which are taking money from customers but not delivering the goods! This has been going on for a few weeks now and by now involves a few thousand customers including myself. Please BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE, The companies involved are Medicanimal, Pet Supermarket, and Petmeds!

The same poor experience as everyone. I ordered on the 28th of November, numerous emails and attempted phone calls but no reply. I received a generic email today stating my order has been refunded and then got one to say goods will be delivered tomorrow! It doesn't state what will be delivered or refunded so it's still a guessing game. It feels like this company is going under. Don't give them your money.

Useless - they promise VIP service and what do you get. They ignore your emails They ignore your texts They take 45 mins to answer phone This is what they said - we cannot give you a time when your order will be sent They promise three days delivery They pro use many things but their promises are not carried out and are worthless. This is an update - Jan 2018 - I have tried and tried with pet supermarket they seem not to care. They just do not want to listen. I would almost say that they do not care. I takes 40mins+ to get through to them on their phone number, and even when you do get through to them they prove what sort of a company they are by the way they speak to you. Listening is an art that they seem to not posses. I will eventually be forced, by them, to go to the ombudsman. At the moment (2months later) pet supermarket are refusing to give me details of their ombudsman. But they are good at terminating your phone calls without giving any notification.

Like everyone else on here I too am still waiting on an order that I placed on 16th November, order number PS06393136. I have had no problems with this company in the past, this is the first time I've had a problem and the fact that I have emailed several times and called with absolutely no response has completely put me off using them again in the future. Please could someone respond to my emails, where is my order!?!

Still waiting for an order placed on 17th November. After complaining twice my order status changed to despatched but nothing received. No response to emails. Unacceptable.
