AVOID Do not use this company, i placed an order on the 20th December and still waiting for it every time i check my account it says items out of stock, i am now trying to cancel my order but nobody every picks up the phone and ignore all emails, and facebook messages, have taken through paypal resolution to get my money back as sick of the rubbish service. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

What a shambles !! I placed an order (PS06377311) on 14th November. Phoned on 21st November to chase up delivery. Aretha at customer services checked order, apologised for none delivery and re-ordered for me on an urgent basis, now 4th Jan and still no delivery. Have phoned several times but after holding for 30 plus minutes gave up and emailed instead, only to have received a general email with no details regarding my order. I now want a full refund as have had to buy from elsewhere. The money had been taken out of my account 2 days after ordering and I want it back in my account immediately as I feel I have been patient long enough. I have placed orders before with no problem but this is the final straw.

I ordered goods on 18th Dec 2017 and have not yet received them. I was informed there was a warehouse problem on my confirmation of the order. I then sent an email on 31st Dec 2017 asking why I had not been updated about my goods and of my concern that they had not arrived. An email was forwarded to me from Pet Supermarket saying there could be delay of a week before they can get back to me. I have purchased many items before from them and have had fantastic service but this is unacceptable and a refund should have been made if they could not supply the goods in their given time limits. I would now NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I placed my order ( PS06499421 -Drontal tablets £21) on 20.12.17. I was getting worried that I hadn’t received my order. I have ordered before with ease so was not one bit suspicious. How things change! Several telephone calls later and a ‘could not care less attitude’ does not equate to fantastic customer services which is slapped all over their website! Why take orders when they are NOT EVEN IN STOCK. A courteous e mail advising of this and offering a refund would have sufficed! TOTALLY Shambolic,DISGUSTING Service . What a bad experience. I have sourced my goods elsewhere with a guarantee they will arrive. All I need now is my refund!!!!I

9149879352527081 - order ref Really disappointed with this retailer. I had experienced problems with my last delivery and I am going through the same issues again also with Hermes (the courier). I have had no communication from the retailer and the courier service is handled in a very impersonal manner with no attempt to provide a solution even after offering to personally collect the products. Once again I have run out of the essentials found only online and today Hermes basically told me to wait for the website to update my delivery details. They ignored my instructions to leave the parcel with a neighbour and did not deliver as confirmed, even though they had promised that it was going to happen. It's frustrating because you have to keep repeating the same information to the customer service advisors and in the meantime there is no news from the retailer who should actually be sorting it out. I wonder if this post will prompt a reaction before Xmas?

Order number: PS06464805 Placed my order well over a week ago to be delivered within 1-3 days still not here! I haven't received a confirmation of dispatch email so after 9 days it still has not been posted. I have sent numerous emails that they don't reply to just send a automatic message. Tried calling on several occasions hanging up after over half a hour on the phone at a cost of 10p per minute. I have used this company many times before without issue so very angry and dissatisfied with the service it's disgusting. The money was taken from my account immediately. After reading other reviews this seems to be the same with a lot of customers, but after using this company before with no issues I ordered again expecting the same. Avoid it at all costs. Wish I spent my money elsewhere waiting on flea treatments spending over £25. I have now opened a dispute with PayPal to try and get a response from this company and will take it further with PayPal if not responded to or receive my items. I would like my items or money refunded as they were happy to take it quickly enough. They are obviously inundated with email complaints as when you send a email a automatic one comes back saying they have so many it will take a week to reply but after a week they have still failed to get in touch. There website states you will receive dispatch email within 24hours of ordering and 9 days later I still have nothing. A joke of a company that do not deserve custom and as a regular customer I will never return to them and will take my buissness elsewhere. Extremely disappointed. If you want your items I reccomed you avoid these. 😠😠

So I returned my order few weeks ago yet I’m still waiting for my refund I’ve even complained yet still waiting, money I could really do with right now.

O/N PS06443131. I placed an order, money was taken, £85 immediately from my account. 2 weeks later, no goods dispatched, no response to phone or email so can't cancel the order. Wish I'd looked on here before placing it. AVOID THIS COMPANY !
