The store I went to had a conure on a cage so small that not even finches would fit in properly. The budgies they had were not even on a cage, but on a plastic box with holes. The budgies had their wings clipped, and there weren't least 15 of them on a space of 20", 20", 15". Both the conure and all the budgies had their wings clipped, and while the budgies had at least a natural branch to perch on and some toys, the Conure barely had a dowel perch, with only one plastic beads toy. That can't be either legal, or ok. Somebody please do something about this.

I placed an order online and when I received the items there were many items missing even though they had already noted the status of the order as delivery complete. I called and they promised to mail the remaining items right away. However, there was still another 1 item missing in the second delivery. It has been over 2 months already and I never got the item and never got the refund. I have called them several times and writing them requests for a refund and they just claimed they processed the refund which is a lie since they have never provided me a confirmation number with the account that they supposedly refunded. This issue is still open and is going straight to consumer protection as well as further actions. This business should NOT be open.

I went to my local PetSupermarket to buy a Chinese algae eater; however, the associate would not sell me just one. He said that they need to be in groups of three or they get lonely. I find that hard to believe since one lived happily in my ten gallon tank and grew very large. I told him I would be responsible if the fish died but he would NOT sell it to me. I don’t know if I’ll shop there again even though they have great prices on fish.

Omg! I called the Battleground Store, NC. On how long it takes for a refund to be put back onto my debit card. A so called associate that answered the phone did not know. So I asked if like you talk to someone that does know. She says there’s no one here. So I said. I r suppose to be a customer service representative!!! Bad. Very bad ,,, no one knows there job!!!!!so no answers just the waiting game. But they surely took your money right out of the account right then. Poor store.

I usually go to Weston Fl pet supermarket every 2/3 weeks, I bath my dog there. Today 6/27/2020 , I told Pablo The store manager that they should move treats from the right side shelf, Marketing I’m sure.. ( bottom) ; as my dog always take some, Pablo the store manager answered that I should hold tight my dog and I should know what my dog is doing ...not point to even answer and make a situation uncomfortable for everyone inside the store but I never expected and answered like this from someone who works in a pet store.. let alone the manager.. In 2 years that I’ve been your customer never have a rude person talking to me like this in your store...but after this I think you should make a better selection or a better training for your employees.

I've had a very bad experience with ordering from the Pet Supermarket online. Not only once but twice now. I understood that my order got kicked out of the system even after I received a confirmation number during the covid19 outbreak for my first order. A few of months have passed now so I ordered again to give Pet Supermarket another chance..What a nightmare !!! They can't find my order and once again I have a conformation number AND my order is still pending with the bank for four days now. I called customer service and he couldn't help me so he said someone from the shipping warehouse would call me within the hour..No one ever called. My husband called them and they said the same thing.. That BETTY would be calling him within the hour. NO call from her either. Be prepared to be on hold for a while when you call customer service. Ive never had such a bad experience with a company or customer service like I have with Pet Supermarket. I also placed an order from Petsmart the same day that I ordered from Pet Supermarket and I received my order today from Petsmart. I'll be doing business with PETSMART since you folks at PET SUPERMARKET can't seem to run a business. Your pets would STARVE to death before you got your pet food from Pet Supermarket. Now I'm so glad that your store has moved out of my town..I dont ever want to see or hear the name PET SUPERMARKET ever again. I called my credit card company and told them not to let the pending payment go through and to never accept any payments from pet supermarket again. Pack it up pet supermarket... you cant be trusted and you don't give a crap about your customers or our Pets.....Sincerly, your ex customer.

I will never order from them again. The turn around time is awful for delivery and I probably will have to call to cancel my auto ship and save because it's not on the site to cancel as they claim. Very disappointed. Should've gone to my local petvalu instead.

I visited the Palm Harbor Florida store today and found the manager, Rudy to be very quick to be disrespectful. This was my second negative encounter with him and no response from corporate. Since covid-19 restricts me from looking at their products on the shelves I simply asked them if they could search for a dog food that has no fowl in it as had been suggested at my last visit to the store. Because I didn't know the lady's name or couldn't describe her to Rudy, he said they couldn't help me. Then when I asked the manager to just look, he refused. Luckily there was a nice sales associate, Gary who did so for me. I did make my purchase but I will not be going there ever again. In fact Rudy the manager suggested that I shop elsewhere. Thanks Rudy, you just cost the store from earning hundreds of dollars of my money each month.
