Bought a "Tough and Mighty" toy for in November for Christmas. The seams broke open. I was going to return but "policy" is 30 days. I called corporate and they gave me a 10% coupon. For more stuff they won't stand behind??? Please. What a joke. I try to support small business but unfortunately I can't deal with a company that can't honor products that THEY produce.

Let me just start be saying , worse customer service ever received ! Walked in and needed assistant looking for items for a new puppy ... instead of asking if we needed help or anything two of the workers continued to have their conversation.. it took having to find another worker that was stocking for help ... then when we were still unable to find the what we needed we had no choice but to cut into their conversation ... and that wasn’t any better because they still didn’t help and accused me of stealing a puppy Harnest .... asking if “ I want to pay for that “ so I made the comment right back “ well maybe if you weren’t having a conversation and actually helping you would’ve seen we walked in with it ... trust me I get it , working without customers coming can be boring but when they do come in atleast make them feel welcomed not like a theft

waited for weeks for my order when it arrived it was m issing 2 cases of cat food sent message to them aqnd it was never replied to never ever again would i order from them find a reputable distributor

I bought a fish and was told to add a QuickStart solution to acclimate the water and was told I could add fish after about 20 minutes of filtration. My 5 fish passed away within 12 hours. I went back to pet supermarket to replace my fish and was sent away due to my lack of attention to the water and was blamed for killing my fish thus voiding the warranty. I was lied to about the warranty and was told that the water quality issue was my fault and I killed the fish, I was then told to go home and wait a week before returning and purchasing more fish from this disgusting establishment. I blame the workers of Naples pet supermarket for murdering my fish. Needless to say pet supermarket has lost my respect and future interest as a supplier for all things Aquaria related. Poor, was kicked out the store, for not wearing a mask. I was the only customer in the freaking store. To my knowledge this is still the United States.

Would give zero stars if I could. The worst customer service ever. Messed up my order and refused to send a replacement or issue a refund. Made me seem like I was a liar and would not attempt to amend the situation. It was my first order with them and I’ll never order again.

To whom it may concern, I frequent the pet supermarket on 2766 E Fowler Ave Tampa, FL 33612. This isn’t the first time where your animals were being treated inhumanely. The fish in several tanks are dead. There are many fish dying. The betta fish have ick. I’m EXTREMELY disappointed that you allow your company to neglect the animals that are under your care. I would also like to add that I had to basically rescue a Quaker parrot from this very same store because she was in a PARAKEET cage, her wings were bent for being in that cage for over a month. She wasn’t eating proper food. Please get back to me, as your employees are showing less than subpar care for the animals in this store. Very disgusted.

I came here to buy a Guinea pig to keep my other company, this Guinea pig started acting very strange and not eating, I took him to Pet Supermarket in Coral Springs to see if they can recommend something to do or so they can look at him and they refused by telling me that they don't take live animals back and gave me a number for a guinea pig adoption center to leave him there.... My Guinea died 2 and a half weeks after I bought him... I bought fish here before which were sick and died short after, so I don't buy fish from here anymore plus they overcharged me in the past and did not give me a refund but this time I was very sad that a Guinea pig not even a month with me past away, I have 3 other Guinea pigs 2 for almost two years and 1 of a month old and this was just very sad... the negelgence of the employees here who didn't even want to take a look at my little guy.
