Ordered 11/24, as of 11/30 still processing. Spoke to customer service on 11/29 and they did follow up to advise of no change in status. Opted to cancel as I could wait no longer. This is the second time that a food purchase online has been canceled due to them delaying shipment. I will no longer order home delivery and going forward will request store pickup only.

We've been purchasing dog food at a local Pet Supermarket in South Florida. We were traveling out of state with our dog and were running low on food and there were no stores in the area. Since this was Pet Supermarket branded we ordered online and were given a delivery date of 7/22/22. When it didn't arrive and we called we were then told 7/23 still no show and then told 7/24 and still no show. At that point we were too low to chance it so went to another local competitor to purchase. As most dog owners know you do not want switch foods all at once but we were left without a choice. Fortunately our dog seem to take well to the new food, when the Pet Supermarket food finally arrived 3 days late we contacted them and said we were going to stay with the new food and they told us leave the box on the front porch by 8am the following day which would be 7/26. We found out they sent someone to our billing address 900 miles away from where they delivered the food instead of the address they shipped it to. You would think they would just say donate the food especially the fact that it's now been sitting on our front porch for over a week. Nope, they still insist on picking it up. I sure hope they don't resell it. We are now going to be buying from the competition. Avoid Pet Supermarket at all cost especially online.

If I could give the Matthews, NC store a 0 I would. The customer service has always been awful. Not only has the service been terrible, now the behavior of the staff is abhorrent. As a community we notified customer service about how the manager has treated a handicapped employee from our community and the reply was a form letter response. We have tolerated the terrible customer service, the constant changing of staff and the less than tidiness of this local store but to verbally degrade this young man is hideous. And the young man has the disgraceful lecture towards him audio taped but it seems that no one at Pet Supermarket is interested in his circumstance. The Matthews Community Supports our Special People. He may be different and may not be as capable but we’d prefer that over capable people who ignore customers & often behavior disrespectfully.

Can’t order because website always has a problem. Probably will end up with a sick pet because I now have to switch foods just to avoid this company… Just go out of business so ultra food can be sold somewhere else

At the Pet Supermarket on US 19 in New Port Richey, Fla. I was told I would not get my refund unless I "joined" a membership. Rob the "Manager said it was "Company Policy" even though it was NO WHERE to be found printed on the receipt I had.

I like the dog food product for allergy sensitive dogs! However, the online platform is horrendous. In contrast, the physical store in Winston-Salem North Carolina was fantastic! Online ordering has just one issue after another. I'd like to buy the products online, but the online is not working, nor can one reach a human on the corporate phone number posted on the online website. **Their corporate (phone ) customer service mailbox is full (always). Perhaps we should rethink their producst since the customer service is "no existing"- . I'm open and happy to change my opinion if they fix the online and phone issues. UPDATE: Jan 09 Customer service returned my call! They said they are experiencing technical difficulty. Since there has been a lot of feed back on their online platform issues and customer service over an extended time it remains to be seen. In the meantime, they suggested using Paypal. Let's see how it goes: I'm rooting for success. Update Jan 21st 2022 Technical Support suggested using Paypal. The order was just submitted. Lets' see how it goes. *If you have had success ordering online please share some tips.

First impression of Pet Supermarket was great so sweet and helpful came to buy a live Pac-Man frog and found they catch amphibians and have them shipped to the store. The frog was in very poor Heath and I didn’t even know. $60 down the drain don’t recommend. The worker said she would call me when the frog came in came to get crickets for another pet and saw the frog laying there and less then a week later he croaked. (No pun intended)
