The service is extremely slow - while we don't know that the staff is inexperienced, that was the feeling. The reason for the poor review is finding hair on our plate, and not just once that evening. Very disappointing it didn't seem to get reported to the manager, and we didn't see the manager at our table the entire evening. They could improve in time, but it won't be us going back.

Great service
Our waiter Dominick was amazing!! Excellent service from such a young man. Engaging and made our time there great. From today forward, I will always ask for him. The food and drinks were amazing as always.

Highly Anticipated but Woefully Disappointing
I’ll preface this review by noting how posh the ambience is without being pretentious, though the dim lighting required the use of our phone’s flashlights to read the menu. Sadly, between the poor execution of the menu & the service, Perry's was not at all the elevated experience we were anticipating for a $500 meal (including tip), for a party of four! In the almost 3 1/2 hours we were there, the wait times, from cocktails to appetizers, all the way to the main course, were ridiculously long!
Our server’s name was Jeannie, as in the classic TV show, I Dream of Jeannie. If only she'd granted us three wishes, like a 'real' Jeannie could, it would have eliminated myriad snafus that led to this dining debacle. Over the course of multiple delays, Jeannie never made any good will gesture (which would have been appropriate), such as bringing us, I don't know....maybe the complimentary bread & butter that she forgot to serve us altogether! Other issues we experienced included: running out of tequila for the Rare Rita cocktail, running out of crab cakes (ordered as my main, along with a spinach salad), then not being told they ran out until food arrived at the table for other members of our party. The calamari was tasty, but too heavy on the oil & the spinach salad was drenched in the vinaigrette, leaving me with a plate of limp, soggy greens. My friend's potato wedges arrived charred & when asked if she'd like a replacement, she passed, as we couldn't bear another long delay. Her husband ordered the NY strip ($70.00) but was served a different cut of meat. When the NY strip finally arrived, it had a blue cheese topping that he'd never ordered.
Overall, we were terribly disappointed by this entire experience & won't be returning. For a restaurant that runs 23 locations across the US & touts itself as providing impeccable service & an award-winning menu, it seems the 11,000 sq. ft. Gilbert location might be a tad ambitious for their kitchen to handle.

Perry's Steakhouse Loses Culinary Culture For Profit
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this Perry’s Steakhouse experience was beyond disappointing and honestly hard to believe. We came in for a special occasion expecting elevated service and real hospitality, especially after spending over $2,000, but the evening was mishandled from beginning to end.
The most unacceptable part was the complete lack of basic customer care. My wife was left waiting in the car while I tried to resolve the situation inside, which was embarrassing, frustrating, and completely inconsistent with what a high-end restaurant should stand for. For a place that markets itself as upscale, the service was disorganized, dismissive, and shockingly indifferent.
What made it worse is that the problem was never truly addressed. Even after contacting the corporate office, we were still met locally with the same incompetent management and a vague promise of a $150 coupon that has still not arrived, along with being told the wine-spill dry cleaning would be covered. That is not accountability. That is damage control without follow-through.
At that price point, you expect professionalism, respect, and a genuine effort to make things right. Instead, it felt like our concerns were brushed aside and our business was taken for granted. A restaurant can make mistakes, but how it responds says everything. This place showed no real concern for the customer or the experience.
Perry’s lost sight of culinary culture and hospitality in favor of profit, and that is exactly what this experience felt like. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who values attentive service, consistency, or a dining experience that matches the price.

Bad Chicken Oscar
I ordered the chicken oscar and it was not good at all. The chicken was tasteless and the bearnaise sauce was like water, n o creamyness at all. At least the crab meat was good. The asparagas tasted raw as it was hard. Dont ever get this since i know you wont like it no more than i did.

disapointed for the first time
My wife and I along with Friends visit this Perry's probably weekly if not at a minimum every other week. We were just there on Friday 9/5 and got the burger special with the old fashioned but that was too sweet so they let us sub it for just a regular old fashion that was great. We came in as a party of 5 with a 4pm reservation on 9/10 and asked to do the same thing and were told no problem. My wife and I both ordered the burger to do the deal for $24 and got a French onion soup to share. it started off bad as the soup was room temp and I would have sent it back but server was no where to be found. My burger ordered Med was over cooked to well but didn't say anything because the flavor was still good. We then ordered the Pumpkin cheesecake and both had cappuccino which both were room temp not hot at all. We told the manager and he said thank you for letting him know and then we got the bill and we did not get the special per the waitress in the bar area because the manager said no. The manager came over and said that if he did it then corporate would ask questions and he just wasn't going to do it. After we expressed our dis satisfaction to the waitress and her reply finished this night off with I just serve you food I don't cook or nor do I make any disissions here.
this is not the way we expect to be treated.
