What an absolute disgrace, Poor quality materials substandard build. within a week the front castor fell off causing me to nearly fall out of the wheelchair, sent off for warranty claim. everything rejected. the wheelchair is 1 year old and falling to pieces. I had my motion compicites wheelchair for 5 years without a single problem. I would nwver recommend a Permobil wheelchair to anyone, never buy their products again.

You name it. From Motors to batteries which is understandable. But Electronics especially. Biggest piece of junk my father has ever had he's been in a chair for 35 years. If you have a choice do not use this company Perma bill

I cannot understand this place. When it comes to helping people out that really need it. They just don't care. it seems everything that goes wrong. They try and bring other places into this that have nothing to do with this like ACC and Accessable. I did not get this threw ACC or Accessable

Als Schwerbehinderter (hier gehbehindert) fühlt man sich absolut diskriminiert. Fragen, warum Probleme bei einer bestimmte Bestellung auftreten (die über ein Sanitätshaus laufen muß) werden abgebügelt. Generelle Information wird einfach verweigert. So mies habe ich mich sehr selten behandelt gefühlt

Echt waar die rolstoel van links naar rechts zwengelt die nooit kan die normaal recht rijden . Rij je rechtdoor wijkt hij ook naar rechts uit . Overal super gladde wegen en mijn rolstoel slingert van hier naar daar . Op een vlakke weg begonnen de voorste zwenkwielen “waar het probleem van dag 1 iligt “ te bibberen niet normaal . Eindelijk thuis aangekomen echt niet normaal 10 minuten heb ik geprobeerd om de rijplaat voor onze woning op te rijden maar moet je is proberen met een rolstoel die niet recht rijd . Ik weet wel 1 ding als ik er ooit afdonder stel ik Permobil aansprakelijk En getuigen genoeg die weten dat deze stoel niet normaal rijd !!! Ik wordt 3x per dag verzorgd en die mensen verplaatsen mijn stoel maar dit zagen ze nog nooit er zijn er bij 20 /30 jaar in de zorg dus . Maar ik ben een lastige klant en wordt gewoon gemeden . Een nieuwe rolstoel en de module moest al vervangen worden ik had deze rolstoel nooit mogen aanvaarden er is gewoon een stuurfout 200% !!! NOOIT GEEN PERMOBIL MEER ZOVEEL IS ZEKER

It’s an expensive piece of CRAP! If it weren’t for the hard seat I would have kept my son in a Jazzy power chair! And to think we’re stuck with it for 5 years!

WARNING BATTERY DIED I've had this smartdrive mx2 for 4 years but no one showed me how to drive it so I tried short distance and having to hold the button down while steering was hard enough but needed to go to the store so i charged it last night and went to the store now I'm STRANDED because the battery is DEAD!!!!! Then i hit a bump and the battery flipped under the chair and to to it all off in all the frustration and trouble I lost my black hills gold ring now I'm just sitting here crying

The company and engineering behind the smart drive is absolutely ridiculous. So far I've had the smart drive for a year now and it's been in the shop over four times because they don't know how to engineer a product and use proprietary materials where more is needed. Their customer service is absolutely worthless achieving anything to resolve problems.
